Have always loved this Rosatis pizza Place food had always been amazing my favorite pizza is called the monster but I always... customize it so it ends up have more topping got a regular thin crust pepperoni today it was so delicious staff is always sonice found out under new owner ship but no issues noticed some items have gotten even better tasting then before I wouldrecommend to anybody if your looking for a good place to get devious pizza we used to have one in Florence 10 plus years ago...great food good beer awesome place to hang with friends or family and enjoy good old Pizza Pie... Came here last Saturday , ate dinner in. Was a great dining in . So happy they are open . Manager is so sweet . Great service .... Great food . We had the ravioli with sauce . Wow yummy . Came back today for chicken Parmesan Highly recommend ???? Read more

Hi i am a customer and ordered a pizza thin crust pizza. It?s the same pizza I?ve ordered for years. I called the store... immediately and told the GM that the pizza was wrong. I was told I needed to send a picture. Why???? If the pizza is wrong it?swrong! That?s not good customer service! Then the manger told me that there is nothing she can do. I can?t get a refund. Evenwith me sending a picture of the pizza. Mind you I paid for this pizza. I paid for delivery and I paid for delivery tip. Stillnot good enough. I had to drive to the store and show the pizza!!!!! That?s still not good enough. I was told by the managerthat there is nothing she can do. I asked for a refund again and she said no. I won?t be ordering from this place again. Andtrust and believe I?ll be letting everyone know about this experience. If you are in the wrong your employees MUST takeaccountability for their actions. This was absolute the worst customer service I?ve seen in awhile. I hope you do pull backvideo cameras and listen to how the calls was handled and also how I was treated. No refund no nothing besides we can make youanother pizza after I paid for the delivery fee and a tip. This place needs a major improvement and coaching on how to dealwith customer service! You basically stole money from me and wasted my gas to come up here just to show you that you made amistake. Shame on you!!!! Read more

Placed an order for a pizza for my elderly mother. She wears dentures and if the pizza is done too much she has a hard time... eating it and the last two times we ordered she couldn't enjoy it and had to throw it out. A man named Steve answered the phoneand I explained the situation. He was so kind and understanding and he told me he also wears dentures and he knows just howmuch to cook the pizza for my mother to be able to enjoy it. When my mother picked it up-she noticed it looked perfect. When shegot home she messaged me that it was so good and she could chew it just fine and she was enjoying it very much. She messaged meagain a few hours later telling me that she was just so happy that she got a perfect pizza this time. I called the manager toreport what a great job Steve did with ensuring my mom got a pizza she can enjoy and she told me that she personally made thepizza for the lady with the dentures because Steve explained the whole situation to her. My mother is 82 and deaf and its thingslike this that just make her day! Thank you Steve for taking the time to explain what we wanted and not just putting the orderthru! Really great service! Placed an online order recently. Noticed they added fries to the menu which is great when you have picky eaters. We got our food... and the pizza was delicious. And they sauced our wings really well. The service was good and overall it was a great experience.Seems like they?re making some great improvements. Read more

UPDATE JANUARY 3. Rosati's knocks it out of the park - again. We ordered an Italian Beef sammy, a full Caesar salad with... chicken, and a Italian Table Salad, half portion. The beef sandwich is served on French bread drizzeled with Aus Jus. Ok, thisis seriously good food. All you'd have to do to create a really close cousion of a Philly steak sandwich is to throw on somecaramelized chopped white onion and if you really wanted to go full tilt, some sauteed green bell pepper or mushrooms. Thissandwich is that good. The Caesar and Italian Table salads were ice cold, crisp and large. The side of garlic bread wasdelicious - smelled wonderful and was crunchy. Delivery was right on time (I ordered 90 minutes ahead for a later delivery time.Driver was pleasant. Another good experience. My wife and I hadn't eaten all day as we spent the day flying back from FortCollins, CO and with a weather related flight delay combined with a cleanliness issue on board that had to be resolved beforethey would allow passengers to board, plus the hour drive from Sky Harbor Airport, we decided to order delivery from Rosati's.We've never been disappointed and tonight was no exception. My wife had the Fettuccini Alfredo and I had the Mostaccioli withmeat sauce. Our food was delivered in half the time we were told to expect. The entrees were piping hot, and HUGE, and ourCaesar salads were well-chilled. The salads were fresh and crispy and contained a generous amount of shaved parm. The croutonswere plentiful and also fresh and crunchy. My wife's Alfredo was very tasty. I typically don't order cream sauce based foodbecause it can be overly thick and heavy and dominate the dish. Not this one. The sauce was spot on. Quite flavorful andperfectly creamy, more on the lighter side. Her pasta was cooked to her liking - neither over cooked nor al dente. What a disappointment. Ordered through a third party app, estimated completion of 20-25 mins. I arrived after 30 mins, and the... third party app said ?in the works? no problem, things happen. I?m waiting outside in my car and I can see the staff insidegoofing off. I went in, and magically my order was ready, despite being ?in the works?. I get home and my chicken parm wasburnt. Not just burnt, I?m talking carbonized. The noodles ranged from al dente, to undercooked. Garlic bread was cold. Recall,it was ?ready to go? when I arrived. I could put the garlic bread in place of a paver in my backyard. I wouldn?t even feed thisto a stray dog. I used to enjoy this place, but the last few visits have been worse each time. I don?t write many reviews, andgenerally they are positive. I don?t like to leave a bad review, but this is unsatisfactory. I have attached photos of the?food? for your viewing displeasure. Ordered boneless wings at peak hour Friday evening. 40 min wait kinda sucked for take out wings but they were worth the... wait. Kitchen looked clean from what I could see.
