We ordered a pizza, sat down, after 45 minutes our pizza came out burned. The server said they just threw in another to replace... it and offered excuses as to why it took so long. No one came to say anything about the delay until the burnt pizza waspresented. The replacement pizza came out and was delicious. Worst sandwich ever? just tasted like leaves in bread. When I talked to the manager he was very rude and tried to be sarcastic.... I will NEVER recommend this place to anybody. On top they ask for tip when you pay before your food gets there. Sad I eventipped for this bad customer service. The worst place I ever gone to. A bit underwhelming. I went during a slow point of the day to try to get the best experience possible. However, the pizza was... assembled with little care and clumping of the ingredients. That meant that every bite was to harsh of a flavor of a differentingredient. Service was alright, crust was good, sauce was good, quality of the ingredients was mixed but mostly just alright. Not an amazing experience, but should be worth another try. I have heard a lot of good things, but this first experience wasfar from a great pizza. There are many places within 20 minutes of here that I would get over this. Read more

Really? Burnt pizza that?s not even edible! The thin one is like cardboard and the other is burnt to black. Door Dash refunded a... partial amount but it should be for all of the pizza. What a horrible dinner! Don?t order at this restaurant. Domino?s isbetter! Read more
I ordered the small "lite bite" mozzarella, tomatoe and basil leaf with balsamic vinegar drizzle for $2.5 and it was great. Also... ordered the Spicy chicken sausage Mac and cheese and added the 6 home made meatballs to it. It came out with only the meatballs.Thought maybe they thought I asked for a substitute so I offered to buy it as a side and they said no problem they would bringit out. Manager came to my table and told everyone that I was a wrong and that the sausage was crumbled in the dish and that Iwould not be getting the sausage on the side. I'm not one for confrontation in the restaurant so I told her it was fine. Mac andcheese sauce was super bland no flavor, there was no chicken sausage in the dish, pasta was over cooked, meatballs were great,definitely handmade, but the meal was not worth $28. Staff were great, management was entitled. Would not recommend going tothis loction or possibly not to the whole restaurant at all. Might as well just spend 3 dollars more and go to Olive Garden. We have been regulars of this restaurant the last 5 years. Tonight was the last time we ever order from here again. We ordered... from Uber Eats. Absolutely terrible. The pizza was garbage, they charge excessive amounts for toppings but put next to none onthe pizza. The other entree was pasta, broccoli, and cheese sauce which amounted to a container full of pasta, 4 pieces ofbroccoli, and approximately 1 tablespoon of cheese sauce and a couple bites of nasty cold chicken. Food sucks, never used to bethis way, they are trying to save money by screwing customers by shorting ingredients. I?ll take my money elsewhere. This placewill likely be closed within a year.
