Nice employee working the drive through. Great communication skills that were clear and thoughtful. "Here is this ... we are... just finishing up your ..." Got shredded chicken tacos and rice and beans. Mild salsa. If I am going to get fast food in theMexican inspired category, I would choose this drive through over the other national chains. Read more

Our food got to our table at exactly an hour after ordering. We watched other tables receiving their food that ordered after we... did, and they had only been there for 20 minutes. When our food came, it was only part of our order. (My husband was hungry andtook a few quick bites of his taco before I took the picture) His enchilada was hard and the sauce on top was drying out withwilted sad lettuce on the side. The middle part of my tostada shell was soft. After waiting another several minutes, my husbandwent to ask the server if the rest of our food would be ready soon. We got the rest of our meal a full hour and ten minutesafter we ordered, with no apologies. It was a Saturday and the majority of people coming in after we ordered were online ordersthat were being taken care of first. We wanted to be kind and understanding about the situation and didn't get upset at any ofthe workers or cause a scene. (Like one old man did when he came in to pick up his online order and he had to sit and wait forfive minutes) We just waited patiently, for over an hour, ate our dinner and left. We just wanted someone to be aware that thislocation seems to have a lot of online orders, so in person dine-in orders may take twice as long to receive. We?ve enjoyedfrequenting this location for years and have never been disappointed here until today. Our guess is, it must be difficult tostay fully staffed after covid hit establishments hard. Terrible experience, first order came out with in 10 minutes, gave me the wrong order plus a dish I never ordered. Went up to... get another bottled beer while waiting for my correct order to nobody greeting me or asking me to pay. After 8 minutes ofwaiting cashier was just going to pop my beer open without me paying for it. Had to explain I just got another and need to pay.Mind you I'm still waiting for my correct order. Another 15 minutes go by and we say something about it, apparently a mix up inkitchen. Waited additional 15 minutes to receive correct food. Mind you original food was out with in 10 minutes. No sorry orapology. Seems like they were all kids no more than 20 years old. Definitely need a manager that knows what is going on. Alsowitnessed two other orders get messed up. Read more

Call it a result of the long pandemic or what have you - the inconsistency of this particular location leaves us anxiously... waiting for Costa Vida to open up a Queen Creek location again. Don't get me wrong - the staff is very nice, but every time I goto pick-up food, it's never ready when it's supposed to be and the employee retention late "may" be an issue. There alwaysseems to be new people in there. It takes them quite a bit just to "find" my order. This is disconcerting, since I'm usingtheir app on my phone to place the order. When we first moved into this area and experienced Someburros for the first time, mywife and I were elated! We started ordering from there once a week - and that was during the height of the pandemic in2020/2021. Over the past six to nine months, there have been chronic issues with portion sizes, orders being filled incorrectlyand missing items. Now, I don't leave without checking the bag thoroughly - and the majority of the time something ismissing. It's understandable that there's labor shortages, food shortages, costs are rising, etc. - but please don't make us(your customers,) continue to have chronic issues with service and food. After reading all of the customer reviews over thepast many months, there's a stark/consistent message. Someburros needs to get back to the way it use to be, or post somethingin your establishments that explains what's going on and your action plan to fix it. That's what loyal customers want - not tohave to respond via email to well-intentioned management responses to these reviews. Read more

Prices are going up and portions are getting less. $12 for taquitos that would have been better out of a frozen box and burritos... that are very over priced for 80% tortilla and 20% meat (and that?s being generous). Someburros used to be sooo much better butafter the last 5 attempts for redemption I won?t be going back. Read more

Someburros was great. Very nice seating inside with booths & tables. Outside patio seating too. Large menu, even Margaritas... dispensed in their own machine, if you like that. Free chips and salsa with your meal and fountain drinks in the lobby forrefills. We ordered an open Quesadilla (cheese crisp), green chili tamale (sauce on the side - it came with cheese on top) anda ground beef taco salad. It was all delicious. The tamale was my favorite. The staff was friendly, tables were cleaned quicklyand my friend and I sat there for hours talking. It was a great lunch. I can't wait to go back. Read more

Food is bland. Their salsas taste like ketchup. Red sauce has no flavor and is really thick. The crunchy taco was good. Chips... were good. Beans and rice tasted like they were from a can and had a burnt aftertaste. Read more
