Online said it opens at 6 am. I have been to this location multiple times at 7 am and they were open, but apparently they don?t... open at 6am. Update your website. And now I have to call a number to cancel an order. Read more

Been here many times with good service but today - nope! 8 people in line; 5 people waiting for their drinks, with one young... lady stuck making all the drinks by herself?There were 3 behind the counter. The guy at the register was very friendly toeveryone (points!) but then this one dark-haired lady with it in a bun is just busy talking to non-customers and then stepsoutside of the counter to talk w other customers further back in line, then stepped outside for what looked like a break. As Iwas leaving, because the line was incredibly long and I had been in it for 15 minutes and still not to the counter, that samelady finally came back in as I was walking out with no drink. She appeared to have no sense of urgency yet the other two wereworking as fast as they could. Read more

Honestly I?ve never had a bad experience with Starbucks but this was the worst I?ve had, enough to leave a review for. Don?t... come to this location, you?re better off waiting in line at the location on Hunt and Gary right down the street. I order mydrink the same at every Starbucks. Since I have a good friend who has worked for Starbucks for a long time and has beenrecognized with a Starbucks award, I know how to order my favorite drink the cheapest way ? green tea with strawberry açaíbase, no water, light ice. However, when I went to order it here, I was informed that I HAD to pay for the signature drink, thestrawberry refresher?fine whatever, I?ll pay for it. And then I got two bacon Goudas. I received my drinks, but they forgotabout my breakfast sandwiches. So I reminded them, OK, no problem. As I?m waiting for the sandwiches I look at my receipt andrealized I wasn?t even rung up correctly at all. The two breakfast items are wrong, and at least one drink is wrong (since hesaid I had to pay for a signature drink, but only rung me up for one, the other something else). Now I?m a little agitated?butwhatever, just want my food. Finally get my items, leave and get in my car. As I take a bite of my food, it?s still completelycold in the middle, my cheese isn?t even melted. I had somewhere to be, so can?t go back inside to fix it. Now I?m upset?now I?mwriting this review. The barista Melissa gave horrible service. She proceeded to have a conversation with her co-worker while we waited at the cash... register for her to take our order. Her response ?may I help you??, the sequence of her ?questions? were 1-worded: ?size?...receipt?? Didn?t respond when we said thank you. She didn?t make eye contact. And when we took our drinks at the end and we said?have a great night? she didn?t respond. I thought maybe she was angry at us for coming as they were closing- maybe that?s whyshe seemed actively angry towards us. But I looked up the hours and they didn?t close for 2 more hours! 1 star for the goodcoffee. Read more

We hate being those last minute customers but we have a baby at home and decided to take him for a car ride so he could fall... asleep. We appreciate you guys being open, but Ashley could?ve had a little bit of a better attitude when taking our order. Shewas very passive aggressive when speaking to us.
