Literally the most sweetest manager with the sweetest smile,very nice to customers I?m a regular customer and I have a few chats... with her. Genuinely horrible. Ordered my food through the website and payment went through, but an hour later and still no food. Called to... see what was up, and was told that the order isn't in their system so it wasn't their store. Looked at the payment and matchedit to this store, so called again and the manager basically just said that we were out of luck and that's it. Out almost 30dollars with nothing to show for it. Seriously, do not order from this store UPDATE: called the bank to cancel the payment,found out the store cancelled the order only 37 minutes after it was placed. Ordered sandwiches for me and my wife her sandwich was made the way she liked so that deserved 4 stars but mine was pretty much... a veggie sandwich hardly had any meat which I usually don't have a problem with at other Subways. Read more
Horrible service! Took my money and wouldn?t make my food. Used the app to order. Manager told me it happens all the time and... they can?t do anything about it. Footlong veggie with swiss. Place is clean, staff is friendly. Subway's been around since the late 60s early 70s and it's time... they improved their bread to match the attention their competition pays to their bread. Subway bread is dry, to light andtasteless. I had the Italian Herb & Cheese. No flavor. The toppings on the bread were over baked and lifeless. This is thereason for only 4 stars. Read more
