Had a bad day and decided to visit Subway and I can't believe how surprised I was with the fantastic service I was given! There... were 3 amazing workers i saw, employees named Lex, Tina, and Judith. They were all very kind and provided me with aunforgettable spicy Italian sandwich and had my jaw drop with their efficiency and my profile picture easily resembles myexpression as they made my sandwich. Horrible customer service. I tried to place a pick up order so I could use a promo code. I tried it 3 times before going into... the store. It kept telling me that the store cannot take orders at the moment. I walked up to the counter and asked one of theassociates, she looked at me and said, ?none of us here know about online? I asked her if there was a way to get the promo. Shewas rude and said no. I took myself down the road to the subway in the Walmart on Rittenhouse and got way better service!! Avoidthis place! I am in disbelief. My experience here is like none other. I took my grandma here on November 3rd where she suddenly fell to the... floor. To my surprise #SUBWAYLEGEND Alexia Lee came rushing to the scene and applied first aid. She truly is a hero. The subwaysandwich she made was also delightful. I will be coming back soon. ???? This might be the first Subway I've been to in 10 years that actually gave me fresh bread and it was amazing. I ordered online... through a delivery service and was fully expecting the usual crumbly, multi-day old bread that I usually get from every otherSubway location I have ever ordered from....and was EXTREMELY surprised when my sandwiches had soft, fresh Italian bread. I ordered 2 sandwiches online. Nothing else. Went to store to pick them up at 8:30 pm. Sign on door says they?re out of the... bread I ordered for both sandwiches. I asked what did they substitute, he said white bread. I asked why he wouldn?t call andask, and he literally said, oh , I?m not gonna do that, then he lol?d. I said really, why not? He said because I?m not. Yep, hesaid that!!! Lol. So I checked my sandwiches like I always do, because of this reason exactly. Both were on white. Would?vepreferred their wheat but whatever. But my sandwich was not prepared how I requested. I pointed it out to him and he shruggedhis shoulders and said sorry, I?m not going to remake it. Yes! He said that! I asked why not, why can?t he just remake it theway I ordered it. He said why can?t I come in the store and order since I?m so picky instead of being lazy and ordering online.Yes!! He said that too!! He said that I had an attitude and that he?d refund my money but he won?t remake it. I did not have anattitude. I was very kind, maybe a little sickeningly kind, but still kind. I said okay, refund my money and then I?d like toorder the same sandwich. He said I?m not making it. Someone else can. So they did. And when they were putting the toppings on Inoticed she didn?t add the mozzarella like I order?s and paid for. I asked her why and she said they were out of it. So Iwould?ve gone home with a sandwich that was not prepared the way I ordered and there would?ve been nothing I could?ve done aboutit because they were already closing up at 8:30. They don?t close til nine. But I have noticed that they will close early ifthey don?t have any customers within like 30 minutes. Give me a break. You close at 9. Not midnight. It won?t hurt you to stayopened until nine! Geez. This store really needs to check up on their employees more. This isn?t the first time we have hadissues with this same guy. Read more

Went to get breakfast pretty early, I get in and they say we have no breakfast sandwiches because they have no eggs! Why are you... open for breakfast with no eggs. Thus is a big food chain so corporate needs to be held liable for lack of food. Read more

I went there a few times, not the best place once they mixed my sandwich with the persons if front of me then another time and... there was no one in charge apparently all three of them were new with no managers or team leads there to help. Sandwiches arealways messy and the customer service sucks. The workers walk to the back and talk about all the customers. Not good managementwill never go there again. Read more

so first thing was that the oven was broken, so i was fine i can eat a cold sandwich, the employees there dont underatand the... term light dressing you have to tell them twice or they will over pour with dressing store was semi clean, taking out and ofcourse they forgot to give me napkins.????
