I?ll be honest. We have been customers for over 10 years. We often frequented their original restaurant on Val Vista. We were so... happy when they opened their 2go concept and came to queen creek. With that said I?m sad to say we will no longer be customersof this establishment. Prices have absolutely skyrocketed. Yes. I understand. Inflation is a thing but it?s excessive. They nowcharge for protein additions when they didn?t before. Portion sizes have been slashed as well. You don?t get to have it bothways and expect customers to be loyal. Service is also a very big issue with your Queen Creek location. I feel like the staffexpects me to be thankful for giving them my money. It obviously should be the other way around. It?s a pretty sad situation allaround. Also, your canned response to negative reviews asking people to email in their complaint show you really don?t care. Read more
Told me it would take less than 10 minutes, 20 minutes later I hear him yell my order out to the cooks because they had skipped... it. 10 minutes after that I got my order and when I asked them if they forgot about my order he just giggled like a school girl. Read more

This restaurant in Queen Creek use to be good but not now They are in such a hurry to cook your food that the veggies are only... heated not cooked! I could hardly eat the carrots! Quality is not there Apparently their cook is second rate or needs moretraining & the prices have gone up to $35 - $40 and its only take out now! Our bill was $28 including drinks so you can see howthe prices have soared! we ordered the same things! I wont eat there anymore I contacted them by email but they neverresponded! The food is excellent. The portion sizes are not! After continuing to increase cost, they continue to diminish portions. I have... filed an official complaint. Do better. Update: 7.24.22 Got home last night to find my order 1/4 full. I will be addressingthis with the mgr next time I?m in and would like a few free entrees to make up for lack of portions on my last multiple visits.I?ll be opening the container at the counter from now. I made a To go order for the first time with this restaurant. I ordered 2 yellow curries minus onion, bell peppers and tomatoes... and added zucchini. When I made the drive back home which is 23 minutes away and opened up the food I was highly disappointed.The curry containers were only half way filled and when I called to speak with the manager he gave me a load of bull. He saidbecause I took out some veggies that they don't give the same amount of food. Absolutely zero emotions, no sorry, nothing. Howin the world does that make sense? So you rip off your customers because they took out some veggies? $30 spent for only $15worth of food. I will never come back to this place. You're better off going to Thai Basil. Great food - made fresh to order so expect about 10-15mins to prepare your meal. Combine your choice of protein with your... favourite noodles, toss in some spice and you are on your way to flavour country! Large portion sizes so expect leftovers. Read more
