Bears is a nice place. Sometimes it has music or karaoke and is generally a fun time. The food has seen a constantly decline in... the past 10 years or so. It used to be amazing, like top tier. It?s not bad now but it?s not at the level it used to be. Ourservice is usually good and sometimes you get a server that is really amazing. Over great vibe. We came on a rainy night with 12 people. We sat outside and the service was alright. Yes, we had a big group, so I know they... were busy trying to attend to everyone. Sometimes it just felt faster to go get drinks directly from the bar instead of waitingon the waitress. We got here around 8 pm on Friday. The hostess was rude from the start. She gave me an attitude when I asked about changing to... a different seat. It took such a long time to get anyone to come to our table. We ordered an appetizer and waited forever forit, but instead of it coming, our food came instead. Our server still brought our appetizer even though we canceled it becauseit came after our food. That was very nice of her to give it to us for free. When you walk into Uncle Bears you feel a great vibe and atmosphere. Has a local feel with plenty of TV screens to catch a game... and a large bar area that looks great to spend some time watching your favorite AZ team. We went at lunch time on a Sunday andit was ok food. There wasn?t a lot of flavor and I didn?t get a choice of how I wanted my burger cooked. This isn?t there faultbut the water was horrible, maybe they should invest in a filter system for the tap water they serve to get rid of the foulsmell and taste. Great food and atmosphere. I was a bit taken back after we ordered strawberry lemonade for several of the guest and was not... told until after the first drink that there was not free refills. So they all resorted to water. I feel regular lemonade couldhave been refilled. Read more

This was a great start that kinda fizzled as the time went. Pros- great atmosphere and vibe with super cute touches everywhere... of pups. Our second bartender was friendly. Food was decent, not bad but not mouth watering want to finish all my food kindathing. Cons- the chicken wings tons were deep fried but soggy and the inside while having a great flavor was simply puréedsomething that dripped right out as soon as you took your first bite. Our service started out decent (first bartender honestlymade you feel like you were a nuisance to be there but our lady bartender was friendly) the downside wa as soon as we got ourfood we were forgotten about, not checked in on and had to ask for our bill and to go containers three times.
