This place used to be my favorite local spot, the bagels are great and their other food is good. BUT they NEVER ever get my... order right (for ex: the cheese is missing, the bagel type is wrong, no mayo, not toatsed when asked for it toasted etc) I usedto shrug my shoulders and eat it anyway, but at this point , when im paying $10- $13 for a bagel or hero I expect my order tobe correct. This place is a great place to get your bagels and coffee from. Let me explain. The bagels are fresh, and no matter how crowded... the place is, you will get your bagel quick and fast. The workers here are very nice. Even if they don't know you they will actvery friendly and might even say something when you exit, just like when you come in and they greet you. One time I went herewith my mother. Apparently she didn't bring enough money to pay for my jolly rancher slushy because she didn't bring her wallet,so one of the store employees "paid it forward" because apparently they thought she was a single mother, but she wasn't, theywill do everything they can to try to make your experience good. Comparison is the thief of joy, and it?s true when it comes to bagels. No matter where I go, and what bagels I try, I will never... stop comparing them to All American. They?ve catered every major brunch party I?ve had in the last 7 years, gotten me huge lastminute orders for work conferences, and provided breakfast for me on a regular basis at work regularly throughout the years andthe quality has never faltered. The front staff is exactly the way most of the 1 star reviews have described, but you?ll neverhear a complaint out of me. I?m not there for a 5 star experience at a strip mall no frills bagel shop, I?m there for qualitybagels, sandwiches and omelettes, which I have ALWAYS received. This deli has been better through the years but now the problem of the deli is prices The prices are insane I just went there I... paid about $6.23 for a bacon egg on a Poppy bagel I know it is not the deli's fault but I know how inflation is but it is crazyand insane that you have to pay so much for a sandwich I just hope that later on when prices can change to go down the pricescan be better for this deli. While I was waiting for two bagels I was asked to move twice so the girl can restock the tea and coffee self serve area. Not to... mention barista for what? To make your own coffee? I came in twice last year all the way from Winter Haven Florida. Absolutely the best bagels I've eaten. I'm from Brooklyn... originally so I know a good bagel! Been a customer here for 5+ years their coffee is what has me hooked. Best coffee hands down. Yes it takes a while for your... order as they are VERY busy us regulars know that. I know what times to order ahead and when to walk in. Just scan the barcodeat the cashier and download their app and order ahead to avoid the wait. But this is a good bagel joint their egg and cheese ona roll is the bomb. I literally would come here just for coffee. The donut blend is the best. Read more

I give them one star because they are CONSISTENT. Been trying them out approx 1x a year for YEARS and they are CONSISTENT.... Employees are only interested in the locals who they know. They are not interested in making any new repeat customers. A veryunwelcoming vibe to anyone they don't know. I ordered the Chicken Vodka Sandwich. It was not what it should have been. Thechicken was not even seasoned. There was not enough vodka sauce. The whole thing needed seasoning and salt. So disappointing. Ihope they improve eventually. The food did come out hot.
