On behalf of a co-worker/staff who had a bad customer service experience with one of the server/employee(Hispanic male, tall) ... he was very rude and disrespectful after she politely addressed him about m her order that was wrong. He told her that sheneeds to speak clear English and speak louder, he also mentioned to her that he has been working here for 25 years and hedoesn't care who she reports him to. As customer she has the right to let him know that her order was incorrect. She doesunderstand people have bad days, but he shouldn't take it out on the customers or bring it to the work place. She hopes thatother customers doesn't experience the bad customer services that she received today, knowing that this facility is located atEHC that it not will reflect on the hospital. The night lady who comes on the weekends is rude. She locks the doors on purpose so you can't get sale items. Also she always... gives away free food to her friends and if you don't pay attention, she will over charge you. She is a nasty lady. Read more
Depends on who is working. Some of the employees hook their family n friends up with free food or large portions, while they... are stingy with other customers. Also they keep raising the prices and give you less portion. For instance. The new saladcontainer is smaller, but you pay same price. They do anything to save a buck here. Other APBs are better. I love this bakery! I had to undergo a mental therapy program for a few weeks or so 2 months and I always went here after I ate.... The BLT is so good and they always toast it to perfection. The cheddar broccoli soup is to die for and so is the strawberrylemonade! You should definitely go here if you want a afternoon snack or brunch/lunch! This place isnt usually packed and fullof delights from pastries to fully loaded sandwiches! Also, when there was a romaine lettuce outbreak, they acted quickly andused other produce like arugula!
