I just ordered a triple chocolate ice cream sundae from this place via UberEats twice today in under 2 hours. They messed up my... order and gave me strawberry the first time. I couldn?t eat it because I have a STRAWBERRY ALLERGY. But I know what it?s like tohave a customer service job, so I gave them the benefit of the doubt and reordered, while also specifiying that I had astrawberry allergy. Just got the order and they gave me strawberry AGAIN. Extremely upset. I understand if they?re out of acertain ice cream flavor. But why would you give the customer a flavor that they?re ALLERGIC TO? Horrible customer service from Brittney...Went to order ice cream for the kids and she proceeded to scoop the ice cream without... gloves. We had to tell her to put gloves on. She kept sighing as she was doing a job that she's paid for. Definitely not apersonable person, especially to serve kids. Read more
Love this location. Very few dunkins I will go to. The usual staff always does a good job. Although I'm not happy about the ones... that come in and mess up my order. Live and learn, right? They're very clean. And very kind. I have a few favourite employeesthough! Although the bathroom is out of order from time to time, it's not the end of the world lol. They have sinks behind theregister and in the back. And I've witnessed their cleanliness in general since I'm a germaphobe with a 2 year old. Read more
This place was disgusting in my opinion. Went in floors filthy . Want to wash my hands and use batheoom before i order bathrooms... are closed . So i guess employees dont wash their hand. Ive been to other dunkin donut baskin robbins. This one is horrible. Read more

This place is disgusting. I paid $6+ for a Pistachio shake and it was milk with nuts no ice cream & it was warm. SMH Never going... bk they can keep the $6 obviously they need more than me!!! Read more
