i came around 10 o clock pm today (feb 19) and was served by a young lady with a pony tail. We ordered a box of 6 donuts and my... sisters ordered waffle cones with their ice cream. The problem with my experience was that this young lady did not seem tolisten to what we were ordering and when corrected look frustrated.. then the ice cream was pushed into the cone that it brokebut we were ok with it, then my other sister had gotten a sugar cone and he ice cream scoop fell over onto her jacket. thecashier did not see to care or advise us where the napkins were, just rushing us by telling us our total....very rude. Uponcoming home i found that the donuts were hard...I did not get a name or a receipt for my purchase which is why i am submittingmy complaint here.
