Food is always good , delicious when I go there to pick it up?.! Just a lil note on the side the staff should be a little more... efficient, polite to the customers. Quick service, friendly staff. Called for a large tray of a side order and they were able to get it ready in 15 minutes. Good go... to spot for a meal or catering. Read more
2nd time!!!...I paid for a soda and they didn't put it in my bag and when I called Paschal or however you spell her name tells... me I should have checked my bag. So sorry...didn't know I had to pay for my food and tell you how to do your job. If you chargea customer for something and don't put it in their bag...that's stealing Boston Market! Read more
Just the fact that the restaurant got my order and after a carrier ?supposedly had my delivery? the food was still at the... restaurant because nobody had pick up my delivery and i find out because I called the restaurant. That it?s not fear and it?svery frustrating, when you waiting for a delivery and 40mins after the system text to communicate that your order was cancel.Very disappointed with the service today. Matter fact the system shouldn?t accept the order in first place and I would it orderthrough another third party. Read more
This is the biggest mismanaged location i have ever been to during pandemic. i ordered days before and had to wait over hour and... half while people who walk in getting food and already gone. never again $300 order down the drain . doesnt matter what timethey tell you pick up just arrive and complain cause they don't know what to do. oh and 6 ft social distance gets thrown out andnot the customers fault . I was expecting a wow factor for the Southwest sandwich that costs $9.75. This sandwich falls short. The bacon tasted rubbery.... The chicken needs more seasoning and tasted a bit dry. If you order a drink, cup sizes are one size only which looks like thelarge size. Overall there are better restaurants in the area. Read more
