Ordered chicken jr sandwich had a hair on the patty and even the cheeseburger and fries seem bland like the staff, they need at... least 2 cooks there, I only see one(1) and let them wear something to prevent hair from entering the food. On 07/15/2022, I went to buy sandwiches at Burger King located at 12002 Liberty Ave, South Richmond Hill, NY 11419. Order #89. ... I asked for a Honey mustered sauce, the cashier (male) on duty said I cannot have honey mustard sauce because I purchasedburger, this sauce only come with nuggets and fries. I never heard such a rule that people cannot have honey mustard sauce withburger, the cashier will decide what kind of sauce I will prefer for my burger. He also said I have to pay extra to buy honeymustard sauce, there was no sign for such a rule. If Burger king Corporate made such a rule then they have to add sauce priceon the display. This Burger King employees are very rude and manner less. My daughter called the store, she spoke withRachal, she said she knew who my daughter was talking about and will speak with him. This clearly shows the manager is aware ofthe rudeness of the employees working there and doing nothing about it. Read more
