We order from this restaurant practically every week. Today the delivery guy showed up and called to say he's outside. We asked... him to give us a minute and within a few seconds he started banging on the door saying "come on come on!!!" When asked why hewas being so rude, he proceeded to inform us to order from another restaurant next time. Thinking that as a business, the personin charge would like to know how rude their driver was, we called. The "cashier" answered and informed us that the driver hadalready contacted him to say we took a really long time to answer the door. When I explained what really happened and that wehad three individuals that witnessed his rudeness, this "cashier" stated "Well that's not what the driver said". Pathetic placewith no sense of customer service. When they're late and don't deliver your food for two hours, you must be understanding buttheir drivers cannot possibly be in the wrong. I've been ordering takeout here for years. My go to is a Chicken Fried Rice with no eggs and I've never been disappointed. I... always order ahead on the phone and by the time I get there, my food is there waiting for me. They're quick with having yourfood ready, at least when compared to New Thriving next door which could take over 20 minutes to pick up your food. Honestly a crazy show from the get go. Delivery guy left the food hanging on the fence instead of my front door. Anyone could... have taken my food away without me knowing. I got roast beef fried rice and paid extra for the mixed veggies and baby corn.Never got veggies and corn in the rice. I also got curry beef with white rice which was ok a bit. It was very watered-down. Thechow mein was actually very bad. Nothing had flavor and it was oily.
