Just under $8.00 for a SMALL hot fudge sundae with vanilla ice cream. Was NOT asked If I wanted anything extra on this small cup... of icecream. For instance sprinkles, whipped cream, walnuts, cherry. I will NEVER come back as that price is completely out ofline and extremely disappointed by the service of the man or shall I say boy behind the counter. Complete lack of service zeropeople skills. Love this place I go there maybe once a week to stock up on their ice cream who doesn't like Carvel
Good Ice Cream but the employees are not attentive, you could really tell they don't want to be there. Then again what teenager... actually wants to be at work? I think the real problem at this Carvel is lack of good management to keep the young staff ontrack. Prices are a bit high for what you get...long story short there are much better carvels in the Queens area. Read more
The owner needs to shutdown and have a grand opening with new management.walking in the store it was a VERY BAD SMELL then the... floor was dirty and trash behind the counter. Worst experience ever I felt so rushed to order two young kids just starred at meand my husband asking if we were ready I had never been there before so I asked if we could have a moment to look then we put tocakes on the counter to decide they grabbed them to try n bag them but I told them we wasn?t ready yet. And the lady who lookedlike the manager stormed off saying well I was just seeing if you needed help. Also I asked the worker how long they keep theice cream in the glass he said a month. The owner is a thief. He charges for every topping on a sundae. Outrageous. Also charges 4 percent if you use a credit card.! 1... was charged 12 dollars for a sundae. STAY AWAY from this THIEF! Read more
