After driving an 1 1/2 to go home I stopped at this branch in Little Neck to get food. I was told they are not serving... customers? Online only I was told. They were three people behind me in line and made all of us leave. The manager Charlotte wascompletely unhelpfull and quite argumentative. Fast and relatively inexpensive take out but this location constantly includes very little protein on carryout orders. It?s... almost as if they used an ice cream scooper for my carnitas because I literally didn?t see any quantity deemed normal. I live inthe neighborhood so there are times I would dine in and it?s noticeably more protein they include, maybe because I?m in personand their employee feel obligated without a chance of customer remark. Stopped in to grab a salad bowl to go to bring home for dinner with my Wife. Service was fast and friendly accept that they... seemed to be running out of their special salad dressing (kept refrigerated in the bottled and canned refrigerator) and it wasonly 3.30p.m in the afternoon. I ask the man ringing me up and he said they were out. I replied so no one till the store closescan get dressings for their food orders really? Then he offered to be able to make more but u would have to wait 5 minutes orso which is no big deal. 5 minutes passed and I got my order but in that time I got a chance to look around and this chipotle isa mess. No napkins at the condiment and soda self help area also forks almost gone and various utensil thrown all over thecounter (maybe used yuck?) and just a sloppy unappetizing look for a place where people eat. The management need to managebetter in two areas. 1 that applies for food items like sauces and condiments are checked and restocked BEFORE they run out. 2that the napkin and utensil area should be checked as well and restocked and kept super clean. I love chipotle but this mess inand almost empty store during non peak hours show poor management and or staffing. Otherwise on the food alone and service theyget 4 stars. I don?t know why this chipotle is like this, but out of ALL the ones I?ve been to, out of state or in the city, this one skimps... on food the most. If it weren?t for the guac, the bowl would look about a quarter empty. They don?t completely fill up yourbowl, yet you?re paying the same price. Also when there?s a line, they have no sense of urgency. The employees never smile. Read more
For fast food it?s a good option once in a while. The Little Neck location is not the busiest so make sure you go during the... busier hours so the food is fresh and hot. I just recently tried the pollo asado it?s one of the best items on the menu. Thecauliflower rice is pretty decent option if you want to go low carb. Read more
Been here twice. Once with my daughter & once with my husband. The first time I wasn't thrilled, but figured I would give it... another try. My husband confirmed my first impression. Server was rude and unfriendly. She tooled annoyed that she was there.She got annoyed that she couldn't make the four bowls all at once since we weren't sure what we were having. Portions wereridiculously small. We wound up paying for more meat because she insisted that was normal portion size. The order cost us morethan the other location we like. Counters were dirty and thank goodness we didn't eat there. All the tables were disgustinglydirty as well. Rather travel further than go to this location again. Great place to get Chiptole food! Authentic Mexican burritos and bowls! The staff is very nice and are very quick in creating... the bowls of food. The food tastes delicious and healthy. Would definitely recommend this place to get a quick bite. I updatedthe rating because one employee doesn't work there anymore. Read more
I walked in last night at 7:15 only to be told "online ordering only". Very disappointed I ended up at Panera Bread. When... leaving at 8:30pm I saw them servicing customers with a line. Very disappointing as I wanted Chipotle more than the terriblefood at Panera. Read more
