Yesterday I was there, it was incredible to see how dirty the restaurant was. When someone finally came out to clean, he took... the trash cans, threw all the trays where food is served to customers in the trash and continued to pick up the trash from thetables and throw it into the trash can. Which led me to think how unhygienic they are in this restaurant, putting the trays inthe trash can that they then take out and deliver to other customers!!! The app was not easy navigate and ordering quesadilla online doesn't allow you to put what you want. It took me 25min. Also... only having one method to pay was a problem. I had to set up gpay. Trust if the kids didn't want it I would have left. Worst! Read more

Burrito brown rice shredded chicken everything on the side because i was sharing w/ someone w/ doesn't care for lettuce tomatoesonion you know Im watching vigorously took my eye off the chick one minute to check time didn't want to miss my train LIRR imassuming everything ok i see my side item pack.. Running dashing thur traffic catch my train get home present burrito to guest nlong n behold????no meat n my burrito ????which i paid for.. The night time crew members are extremely unprofessional. They are very disrespectful to customers and to the Door Dashers. This... is a high volume location that is very understaffed. I waited 30 minutes for my burrito. The young lady in photos needs to beretrained and needs to be tough how to work with respect. She is extremely disrespectful and dismissive. Me and my girlfriend went there last week. This place seems shady because I asked for extra rice and beans and they say they... have to charge me extra for them little scoops they put on already. It's crazy and disrespectful because it doesn't say thatanywhere on the menu. Seems like employees are trying to pocket money for themselves. This place was decent and reliable enough in the past but unfortunately the food here has no flavor anymore not to even mention... how expensive chipotle is now. Also this location can be oddly stingy with portions, even for things like rice. Yet they willdrench your food in sour cream unless you say light. This is one of the worst branches I have ever visited. I come here quite frequently as it is at a convenient location from... school, but the service here is FOUL. Over the last 2 years I have come here, I have constantly received wrong orders or don'treceive my online order at all. Today I have had it- I placed an early online order and the place was STILL closed. Furthermore,the workers acknowledged my presence and refused to open. I had to wait over half an hour from my pickup time to get my food.Overall, action needs to be taken because these are repeat offenses and it is unacceptable. Read more
