Understaffed. Bad food. Too salty. Blood in my stool. Food poisoning. Bloating. What could go wrong? Sad to see Chipotle?s... standards drop so low. You don?t get enough like you used and have to pay more, which is probably a blessing considering thefood was excessively salty and I can tolerate A LOT of salt. After I finished the bowl came the terror. First I was bloated andwent to the bathroom only to see blood in my poop. After 24 hours, feeling kind of better, but yeah, I?m not going back toChipotle, especially this one, EVER again. You can get better food at McDonald?s, tbh. Heck, even the food carts sell betterstuff. I am so disappointed in Chipotle and have been eating at these restaurants for over a decade. Read more
This is definitely weird or the employees were just having a bad day. I ordered the salad bowl with extra red sauce via the app... because I like it as a spicy dressing for my salad. I used to order at Target Mall location on Queens boulevard but I tried outthis place for the first time today. I opened my bowl when I got home and, to my surprise, the bowl was filling with red sauce.I love the sauce but that bowl was like a swimming pool and the salad was not eatable. I am disappointed that I spent $14 for itand I am still hungry. I will not visit this place again. Read more
Terrible service, rude and unfriendly staff. This is the third time I ordered chipotle and I keep getting the wrong order and... when I try to call to make sure my order is correct. Portions are small, most of the time food isn?t wrapped right. Half of the time when ordering food for pickup, the meat is cold.... I live 3 blocks away, and always order for pickup but the convenience factor really isn?t working anymore. Read more
Customer service is beyond terrible...the line server was too busy having conversations with the cooks behind him while at every... step trying to make my bowls. I get to the counter and I pay for several items. The cashier bags everything in one bag whichwould probably break by the time I would have made it out the door. So I asked for another bag, to divide the food equally. Shehands me a small bag with no handle so I ask for a bag with a handle and she gives me the biggest eye roll she could give me andshrugged her shoulders. I would have gladly paid for the bag if it was such a problem. Will not return to such a placecustomer's are treated with disrespect. Let me start by saying, they don?t know how to properly serve a meal. The portion was way little compared to other Chipotle... chains. The guac tastes good, but be ready to find other things like the tiny stem from the avocados. Just open your eyes whenyou eating your meal, you might have to pick around things and there might be a surprise ingredient. Def, will stay away fromthis one. You would think a chipotle around the area would be great ... wrong ! Staff is friendly but they don?t know one bit about... prepping a proper bowl and isn?t that the whole premise of this chain. Also I ordered a quesadilla today hoping to rave about itbut not only did they squish it in a bowl packaging but the side I ordered which was red salsa did not come with it. This is notthe first time they disappoint. You can tell all their training went into customer service skills because they?re always socheerful (which I don?t mind) but none of the training went into actually serving food. Read more
There's a female server who works there who gender discriminates by serving smaller portions to females compared with male... patrons. I don't want to believe that it happened but I knew I was right once I observed her with other male customers. If youhave a serving size that is set, you shouldn't be giving more to males or giving less to female customers to off set the costs.I've never had to deal with this at other locations. I paid over $15 bucks to eat a kids sized meal. Why didn't I complain? Ijust thought I'd probably never go back there again and they would lose a good customer, that's all. I can see that the placeisn't as crowded as other locations for a reason. Read more
