It's a Chuck E Cheese. Pizza was good but took so long to come out. Games are sufficient for the kiddos however many of them... were broken and did not have clear signage it was out of order so many times you wouldn't realize until after you used yourcredit. It was crowded but not packed despite there being 4 birthdays booked. Honestly if not for my son being invited there,we would never have gone. Read more
Half the machines in here don't work. Food takes long for it to just be cold. The one in Flushing is more spacious with one or... two machines not functioning. All in all I can't believe it's still in business, I prefer Dave n Busters for my 5 year old anyday. Read more
We celebrated my son's birthday there. The staff was friendly and attentive. The place was very clean and not so crowded. They... made it possible for the character to come out and sing happy Birthday with us to my son. That definitely made his day. Read more
Always a great time here. You could always complain about something but machines are expected to be broken sometimes (like in... all arcades) so that doesn't warrant a low score from me. Always clean, staff is helpful and food is good. My son loves it! Read more
DO NOT EAT or PLAY HERE! Not only did they ruin my sons birthday party. I think they tampered with all of the food I ordered for... the party because of all the complaining I did about our worst birthday party experience ever. My ENTIRE party who attended on4/10/22 is now violently sick right now with food poisoning and everyone ate here! They?re all having to go to the hospital.Stay away from this location! Seriously something is wrong if everyone is getting sick like this. They likely did this onpurpose. These people are horrible. I have kids violently Ill and now I have to contact the health department and call 311. Thisis insane. I should?ve paid $0 and they should pay all of these medical bills. I?m baffled. My second time here at this particular Chuck E.Cheese in Queens New York.Had birthday ???? for both my son's ,10yrs old and 5... yrs old.Ordered pizza ,4 different kinds, buffalo wings,4 different kinds also.Kids all ate ,and they are all playing games atthe amusement area with their cousins and friends.Now time for me to sit back and relax.Let them have their fun. We had a birthday party for my son here. The place is clean but short staffed. The staff working were courteous and gracious but... overworked and wrought! They didn?t have chicken as topping for the pizza and they ran out of spoons during the party due towhich the kids had to eat dipping dots ice cream using forks! Read more
This place is still super clean with friendly staff very accommodating to their customers and kids of all ages. Lots of fun kid... activities and prizes to be won. I really enjoyed myself and am very appreciative of my time spent there. Read more
