I was so excited for this location to finally open. However I was a little disappointed when we finally visited like 2 weeks... ago. A week ago we celebrated my son birthday. The location is spacious and they have alot of games and a few rides for the kids &... toddler's. My son enjoyed him self. My only gripe with this particular chucky cheese was that the party tables were so close toeach other,and families were on top of each other. It was a Saturday and it was jammed packed. I just went here yesterday. This chuck e cheese location is great. The staff are very kind here and the place is very clean.... Also this location has a very good amount of games for children so they can enjoy themselves. Also the food is very good. Ihighly recommend coming here. Read more
My coworker had her son's birthday party here. It wasn't crowded which was great but they seemed to be short staffed. Her host... was busy training new hires. Replacement host seemed to be busy too. Some games were out of service. It was my first time atthis location. Read more
I recently had a 5th birthday party for my daughter at this location and I have to say I was extremely disappointed. I am not a... confrontational person and chose not to be a ?Karen? about the issues I had so I did not complain to management about myexperience. (Especially when they?re handling my food) Our party was 2 hours from 3-5 pm. Our food took so long they moved usfrom the party area to a different seating area so we could continue to wait. I think Pizza and wings should not have taken 2hours. I felt like I kept asking other hostess for help because I couldn?t find mine. My party ended up ordering their own foodbecause we were still waiting for the food I ordered (embarrassing) I ordered a large fries and when I finally got them Ireceived burned fries. When I asked my hostess about them, she explained that they keep food under a heater to keep them hot andthat?s why they were burned? If she would have brought them out when they were ready, the fries would not have sat under theheater and wouldn't have burned. I was not compensated for it either. It was just a chaotic mess. I get that it was a Saturday,and they were busy but this was not my first Chuck E. Cheese party and I definitely expected better for almost $650. I was sodisappointed I canceled my request for a summer pass to go back during the summer as I don?t think I?ll be going to Chuck E.Cheese any time soon. Especially this location. Read more

Food takes long so bring a snack and get ready to wait very long for some pizza and wings. Chuck only favored the birthday girl... and didn't walk around so other kids could enjoy his presence. Room for improvement for sure. Staff was pleasant but the foodneeds to be prepared at a decent pace. Or allow outside food absolutely no reason to wait an hour for pizza and wings. Read more
