Twice we ordered online and twice they messed up the order. The first time was July 23rd when we ordered 2 in the Like it Size... and 2 in the Love it size but received all four items in the Like it size only. Second was September 2 when one of the orders(Apple Pie a la Cold Stone) didn?t have ANY pie crust (French Vanilla Ice Cream with Cinnamon, Graham Cracker Pie Crust, ApplePie Filling and Caramel). My husband and I went here to get ice cream for 4. Daniel S. was our server & he was curt, non-responsive and paid little... attention to detail such as the rotten strawberries that he tried adding to one of our orders. In addition, when fixing anotherorder, he sprinkled a few almonds and when I asked for a little more, he gave just that a few additional but then tried chargingme for an additional mix-in. After requesting a refund I realize the quality of service has plummeted at this location and Iwill certainly go to a different location next time because this one has fallen off tremendously. They've the best creamiest ice cream ever!!! The flavors are bursting with such excellence & the service is always friendly &... accommodating. The prices are somewhat expensive but U get what U pay for. Yum yum ???? Read more
Delicious ice cream. I usually get a simple vanilla ice cream with toppings and honestly the smallest size is more than enough... ice cream for me. Workers aren?t that friendly but service is pretty quick. Nice location to fulfill those sweet tooth cravings. Read more
Who ever that girl is that was at the cashier today around 4:20pm, has no customer service skills. I walked in and nobody was in... sight then a few mins later she came from around the back and I greeted her and she didn?t reply. I asked for 2 scopes oficecream and she gave me less than half of scoops. I stated those scopes look so small and she ignored me again. Honestly if iwasn?t craving some ice cream I would?ve told her not to bother and just walk out. Icecream was good. But paying almost $10 forless than a scope of icecream is not worth it when you can get a whole tub for that price. I would never visit that locationagain. Plus I was offered no napkins. Read more
I'm not really a fan, this was my first time at a cold stone creamery but the ice cream was just too sweet, it was melting the... minute I walked out of the store and just a mess of everything they mixed in. I'd rather eat rolled ice cream. Read more
Awesome creamy ice cream with stuff smashed into it!! Great! Pricey though! $8 for a medium (?Love it?) size. Line moves pretty... slow when there are a bunch of customers. I got the strawberry blonde signature creation..which was terrific. Read more
