It's been almost 2 hours and I still did not get my delivery! To make matters worse when I called to find out why is my food... taking so long the lady address me as a Sr. And when I corrected her she became extremely rude and place me back on hold forover 10 minutes. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! This location is always delivering the wrong items and when I called the store to let them know the order... was incorrect, the customer service was horrific. The lady on the phone is incredibly rude and tries to make you feel likeyou're wrong and that the incorrect order is indeed what you ordered. She then mumbled something in her language and hung upwithout completing the call. She sent the correct order which was STILL missing some pieces of chicken. This has happened 2TIMES. We will not be ordering from here ever again. Customers need to be treated with respect. Avoid this location at all costsif you want the food you ordered and if you want to be treated with respect. This Domino?s pizza store closed from my house, I order for store pick up and I Request them to make my pizza well done & clean... cut, the parson who work at oven he Refused me is not possible to make well done & clean cut because of high volume of order. If I could give them NEGATIVE 1000 stars, I would! Absolutely disgusting customer service. Absolutely zero mannars and horrible... macho attitudes over the phone trying to DEMAND YOU on how to place your order and what you WILL and WILL not do. They have good pizza but customer service very very bad. The worker on the phone is unprofessional, hung up without even take... the whole order. Domino's pizza needs to hire a mature people who know how to deal with customers. I don't recommend that place. Read more
UPDATE BELOW>>>>> Burned!!!! We have ordered from this location several times since it is the one closet to our home. The... only issue is that 8 out of 10 times the cheese on the pizza is burnt. Sometimes more than other. About one month ago weplaced an order for two pies. One was fine the other the cheese was burnt. I called the store and after waiting for 30 minutesI gave up. I email the Corporate office. Two weeks later I had no answer, so I called the Corporate office and they told methat the local Domino's had tried to call me but that I did not pick up the phone. They told me the date and I checked my phonelog and no missed calls. I told them, even if the phone call did not go thru why would you not leave a voice mail. They saidthey would have the local store call me again. Fast forward one month, no one has called me back. Today I called the localstore and spoke to Kathy, she tells me once they review the complaint they would call me. Once again I called the Corporateoffice which told me the issue has to be handled in the store and place another complaint for the store manager to call meback. Let's just say I am not going to hold my breath waiting for that phone call. UPDATE: About 4 days after I posted thisreview and after my third call to Headquarters, the store called me back. They said they could not give me a refund because itwas past a month. They did give me store credit for a medium pizza. I think it is too little to late. Read more
