General Manager committed forgery and signed my name on a receipt i never received when asked by my bank about a claim i made... for this delivery. I asked for a refund directly from the store because the pizza came with a huge dent in it and was cold andnasty which the GM said he processed but never did so i went through my bank which he lied to and sent over a receipt that inever received with the delivery with a signature that?s not mine. I don?t understand how this place is still open. I have not had a SINGLE positive experience here. The positive reviews are... OBVIOUSLY planted by the owners. The employees are nice people, but they are understaffed and if I could get in a boxing ringfor one round with the a-hole I spoke to on the phone who claimed to be the GM, I?d pay good money for it. Pizza is decent and delivery is pretty fast if you order through the app. Other than that, I hate this place. Service is slow.... Even if you ordered beforehand and just need to pick it up, it takes forever. Sometimes they can?t find my order even thoughit?s sitting right there.I tried doing curbside once and they never came out of the store. Read more

Where do I begin? I don't appreciate the fact that this dominos didn't deliver the order correctly on not one, but several... occasions. With the chief complaint being from either the food, or the staff. I call, every time it happens, and even went toanother domino?s (a little further for me) and had wonderful food there! Upon calling the store you will either be yelled at,not understood, or hung up on. And I have unfortunately, been able to see it for myself after being told that the manager isn?tthere, there?s nobody here to help you.. The dishonesty of this experience was not what I expected from dominos. To begin with,the area around there is dirty. Yelling and screaming inside the store as if someone is breaking up a b r u t a l fight. Andjust I am visibly disgusted blatantly inedible. If I would've eaten it I definitely would have ended up in some sort ofambulance. I called them. and they did not offer to bring it back out to us. They asked us to bring both our pizzas back to them? which we did and when would we showed up they had messed up the toppings on the new pizza. They did not offer a refund or evenany additional reimbursement in respect to the food quality and service they provided. Never even apologized, the GM looked atit and shrugged his shoulders back. ?Mmmph?. Can you give us 15-30 minutes we will make you another pizza. There were way toomany people yelling in there and they were all bumping into each other carelessly.. Naturally, No one seems to know what theywould have had for dinner if that was their food?! Oh and did I mention that the place was incredibly dirty and the young ladythere was rude? I don't know her name but she was a female with a very strong tendency to yell indirectly at me when she ?putme on hold?.Also, I ordered a pizza with chicken!
