We had the worst experience today, the order took about 3 hours to be delivered and they never apologize until we called them... that the driver said the order is delivered but he did not even after delivery the pizza was cold obviously because of the longtime it took the driver to arrive. The service is really bad and they barely respond to phone calls. Read more
I don?t know if they changed management but service is horrible, I place an order for a simple pepperoni pizza I get a cheese... pizza with peppers instead. When I called person in the phone ask me if I don?t want the pizza with pepper? Obviously NO, heoffers a credit for a future order, NOO I want what I ordered!! This place is the WORST - they mess up orders all the time, refuse to come into apartment buildings - they won't even ring your... doorbell, you have to answer their phone call in order to get your order delivered. I missed the call, they never rang my belland now they won't answer their phone. The app says my order was complete, but they never delivered anything and now I can't getin touch with them. They've stolen my money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM HERE. Worst place ever. Update: After calling in tocorporate twice, I finally got in touch with the franchise owner 2 weeks later and received a refund. After telling him I wouldnever be ordering from them again, he begged me not to say that and guaranteed that I would have no further issues and that hehad spoken to the team, and that if I did have issue I could call him directly on his cell phone. Fast forward to today when Idecided to give them another shot - again, they refuse to ring the doorbell or come inside the building and deliver to myapartment. Worst dominos experience ever. I ordered from here twice and it takes an hour and a half to get a small cheese pizza and both... times it?s arrived cold. Terrible service Update: dominos reached out to me about my experience which I shared and they neverresponded or refunded my $20.99 for one small cheese pizza. So beware the pricing at this location. Ordered two pizzas on the dominos app. They messed one up. I called, and they said they'd send a replacement. We waited two... hours, and they hadn't sent the new pizza. Gf couldn't eat the thin crust after surgery and wanted to cut a softer crust intosmall pieces. We gave the other pizza to our doorman. I called back, and Domino's offered a credit for it after 2 hours, not arefund. I doubt we'll be using the credit any time soon. We usually order from a local place anyway ??????? Read more
Overall they are friendly and fast the pizza is good and the pasta is great. I have had a mix up with a delivery twice that?s... the reason for the 4 stars but they were very quick to make it right and even give me extra items when they made a mistake andthat showed me that they do care for their customers. THIS PLACE SUCKED. Don?t come here for the sake of your humanity. I came here twice and THEY MESSED the whole thing up. Twice.... And for me I never had any bad food but every time I go they?re unthinkable costumer service. And when I ask do the manger do Ican talk to them won?t allow me to speak to their manager.
