I received a notification that I had enough points to get a free pizza ...I ordered it with mushrooms and banana peppers... ......when I received it the cheese was stuck to the top of the box like it feel or was stepped on .....I immediately called thedriver sent the pic he was very nice offered to replace I called the store they til me they were going to send another one.....the one I received looked ok but the pizza doe was raw ...completely unexceptable. I order online 2 large pizza the give me medium. I pay for ham ,pepperoni , pineapple and other stuff. When I go collect it I... got 2 plain pizza I call the guy he say he gonna correct and delivered my order in 15 minutes which gonna be like 9 pm. I waitand wait and call and call but no answer he call me back at 12am saying he don?t have ham . 2 hours to deliver with no apology! My pizza was disgusting! When I ask why he took so long, he look at me with a straight face... and say, we got hacked! Sure explain the ice cold pizza!!! Worst experience ever! New management the place is still trash! Noone ever answer the phone! Read more
I ordered from Dominos tonight and I received my order with no sauces (plus sauce that I paid extra for). No biggie, I called... the store to let them know, and they told me they will send someone to drop of the sauces within 10-15 minutes. I was waitingfor the sauces for over 20 minutes and I figured it might just be easier for everybody if I asked for a refund for the sauces. Icalled the store and they told me they were sending someone to me right now, but I asked if it might be easier to just get arefund on the sauces. The man I spoke to on the phone said ?hold on? and then hung up on me. I thought perhaps the call gotdisconnected so I called back again, and as I said ?hello? they hung up again. This is incredibly unprofessional and I?m noteven upset about the sauces at this point, I?m upset that I deserve a refund and can?t even get one because the store keepshanging up on my calls. Cashier was not educated with register. She did not respond or greet me at all.First 2 minutes of me standing front of the... register, She was busy talking to other coworkers. Also I asked for 2 Medium Pizza one topping deal specifically and pointed iton the menu but she charged me for individual medium pizza order. She didnt say "sorry" at any point of the service for hermistakes. They needs to work on customer service and their behavior. Read more
Tracker app said order was ready for pick up. When I arrived they can?t find my order. Apparently they gave it to the wrong... person. Had to wait 1 hr for them to remake my order. That?s not all after I got my order the pizza was burnt. Good thing Ichecked the pizza before I left. To make matters worst the manager Fayza tells me that this is how the pizza comes.
