Bad manager, terrible customer service! They never get the order right. The store manager is so rude, he makes mistakes, he... doesn?t apologize and lacking communication skills. No need to write further comments, the rating of the store shows what it is.Shame on Dominos. Read more

Ordered a pan pizza with bacon and mushrooms and 3 hours after eating this pizza, it gave me diarrhea, a high fever of 102... degrees farenhight, chills, and a headache. This experience is definitely one that I won't forget and I will never eat from hereagain. Read more

This place always gets my order wrong one way or in other. Once, I asked specifically for which toppings go to which side, but... got it completely wrong and ended up having a raw mushroom as they rushed to fix my order. It was fortunate that I didn't get afood poisoning. The other times was worse, as after I picked up my order and came back home, I realized that they completely gotmy order wrong and since I didn't feel like going there again, I called and made a complaint. I was initially told that it willbe delivered within 30 mins but no one came, so I called again but that time, whoever the heck answered the phone, that personbasically laughed at me and hung up the phone. I called again and the different person answered, and finally I got my orderafter an hour. Thank god that I do not have to order at this place since I moved out, no longer living in Flushing. Sadly the only domino?s pizza around my area, always late with the delivery and always rude employees trying to call the store... asking about the pizza not arriving to my place. Recommend just ordering for pick up, Delivery service is terrbible. Read more

This place is so unprofessional?they got the order wrong and when I called, I was put on hold for long and was never even... helped. Ordered Buffalo chicken pizza but they never put the Buffalo chicken sauce and when I called they told me they forgot toput the sauce on and that they will send someone, then they just hang up the call. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I've ever had ordering from any pizza place. I placed an online order, and waited for 1.5 hours, before... calling the store. I speak with the manager, and I'm told the delivery person would be here shortly. Important to note Im notupset, I understand things can happen. Within 2 minutes I recieve a call from an apparently already upset deliveryman, who uponhearing me say the word HELLO launches at me with the words, "YOU GAVE ME THE WRONG TEL NUMBER!" Keep in mind, I place onlineorders as I have an account with Dominos for years. The number has been on file for years. I told him that I did/could not havegiven him a wrong number, as again the number has been on file for years. He decides to prove me wrong and recites the number"he was given." Turns out he recites my correct number, the one on file. I tell him, "Sir, that's my number". Believe it or not,he yells "NO, THAT'S NOT YOUR NUMBER!" Yes, he is correcting me on my phone number, the one Ive had for 20 years, the one he iscalling and talking with me through, the one on file. He's quite angry and at this point Im firing back because this is all tooridiculous. Once I match his anger, he then tells me to "Chill Out!' I respond with "No, you need to chill out. " As hecontinues this crazy exchange, trying to tell me what my number is, he finally responds with "FU-K YOU!" I call the managerback, who proceeds to tell me the deliveryman said no such thing as he was standing right next to him. Which is confusing,considering he had just earlier that his driver was out and would be here shortly. At this point, however, I realize they'reboth aligned and I tell him to refund me. The manager, before I can finish, states he's already cancelled my order. I will checkto see if in fact I've ben refunded, but being YELLED at from the word "Hello" and cursed on is utterly ridiculous. That was thelast time I deal with this Dominos store. Read more

This store has multiple reoccurring issues such as stating they ?completed? an online order when in fact they haven?t reached... the customer. Also they state that they have contactless delivery but always ask to deliver the pizza in person. Customerservice is very poorly. Despite the good flavor of the pizza, is not worth going through all of this nonsense. Better offordering from other pizzerias. This is the last time my family is ordering from this place. Read more
