I had the worst experience here. The staff don’t know how to resolve issues including management (very very unprofessional and... rude). The picture shows a tom yum soup in which they apparently omitted the main elements that give it the yellow/red colorbecause my wife said she’s allergic to seafood. This is some of the best Thai food I have ever had. A very great location in Steinway and me and my father wanted to have a... great experience as we have not had Thai food in such a long time. We were treated with great hospitality and warm welcome byour server Payal. She was really nice and helped us choose what to order and recommended us to try dishes depending on spicelevels and flavors. We chose the Pad Kee Mao, chow main, fish cakes and their signature Dumpling soup. The soup was perfect andhad a great amount of vegetables and good quality broth. The paw Kee mao was delicious, great texture of noodles and had aperfect combination of spicy and flavor. The chow main had great flavor and the shrimp worked best for both dishes. If youdon’t eat spicy food too often, once you have these dishes, you will want to have more and be open to the fusion blend of Thaiheat and flavor. Please get the carrot chai drink, it’s refreshing and reminds me of bubble tea with a hint of carrot andhelps to cool down the heat. Everything was so delicious and had the right amount of heat and spice levels but at the same timehad flavor that blended well with the dishes. Me and my father loved our dishes and were happy to have a great Thai foodexperience and plan to go again in the future. Excellent meal. The beef was very tender and flavorful. The Thai basal leaves complimented the dish. Had great presentation and... was perfectly hot and had the right amount of spice. The place is great with nice atmosphere. But the waitress that was working there, was not welcoming whatsoever. She made us wait... a couple minutes when she saw us standing there without even acknowledging us. Than after she finally seated us down and givesus the menu in one hand and basically asking for the order in the other hand. I had to tell her “can I get some time to lookat the menu first”. So she gave us some time to look over the menu. And when we decided to order, The noodles of the dish wewant it was not available. So we asked her can you use a different noodle. And she thought about it in her head and decided thatit was too much of a bother for her to go ask the chef about it. Like I could see her in her head the wheels turning cause shetook the time to thing about it. And she was not willing to ask either when we asked her too. So we requested more time to lookover the menu again and thankfully another waiter came around. We ended up requesting the same thing with him and he was able toget it done for us. Plus we requested him to be our server for the night. His service was outstanding. And he’s only reasonI’m giving a three star instead of one. The appetizer was Good specially with the sauces. But the two entrées were horrible.The noodles were super greasy and there was not much taste to it at all. The Chingri fried rice same thing and came with onlytwo pieces of small chingri(shrimp).
