Not all Dunkin' donuts are created equal this place was this place was kinda large I was surprised nice size sitting area but... the place was empty Service was friendly fast and quick I was the only one in there Lol but I had the pumpkin call brew large Ihad 2 nights ago in a different Location and I experienced this before one place makes it better than the other there's no setway or instructions for these employees how to make each and every Drink the same if you went to multiple places So I amonly giving them 2 stars 1 for the hospitality of the employees and 1 for the openness cleanliness spacious sitting area Eventhough there was no one in there I said that to Him this place should be packed Read more
Ordered and paid for an ice cream cake for my daughter on 8/17(custom cake). Came in today to pick it up 9/4 the guy was like... ?they didn?t make it, you can just pick one from the fridge? so ridiculous. I told him this was paid for on 8/17, he said yeah?they didn?t have enough people to make it?. Are you kidding me? He knew already the day before, nobody called me or anything,so we had to have a random cake that was made from their fridge. Unacceptable, this was my first and last time ordering fromthem. The old lady in the drive thru is miserable and always puts sugar in my coffee even though I?ve told her I?m diabetic. Please... readjust the staff, every other employee smiles & makes the coffee correctly. I?m not even going to argue about my burnt tongue(to check coffee before leaving) and wasted funds, just do better! Read more
Caramel craze and cake batter signature Iced lattes with extra sweetener?.. how is this place open? The service is always below... the lowest norm. Both drinks taste the same which has very little to no flavor at all. Both drinks are suppose to come withwhip cream they tried to give it to me without with whip cream and when I gave them the cup, all they gave was a little squirtwhat a waste of a lid, no drizzle for the caramel or the sprinkle dust and no sprinkles or chocolate drizzle for the cakebatter. Very good place for fresh Coffee, Donuts, Ice cream and manything. Sitting arrangement is fantastic! Likely sea side view &... cool environment. Management & service is outstanding. Restroom available. Drive thru service is encouraging. Love this place. Read more
Could of done with a cuppa and some biscuits to dunk into but I was happy with my donuts to dunk into my milkshake. Great place
