The assortments were limited . Of the choices I had to settle for, the donuts were not fresh . I sat there watching my son... struggle to get through a donut , made me wonder why? Then I realized why. The donuts were STALE ! H e usually goes rightthrough them. The inside of the place was dirty, as though they were opened all night,, AND there was a crazyyy man hanging outin there. A very scary moment for my son , as I had to ensure him ,he would be safe withme. Also the wait was ridiculous for aplace with such a limited assortment !! Not my favorite place. The environment is the main reason why this location receives a low rating. Loitering does occur here. I... turned back from this location many times because of one specific man that hangs out there with his pants loose, exposing hisbehind and asking for money. The employees also know the man and calls him by his name to move him out the way whilst customersare ordering. He smells really bad, shows his behind to the world and asks for money without a fail. The very few times that hewas not at the location, the order was decent. This is the only Dunkin? Donuts en route by the Q5 bus. If you?re looking for aquick drink and a donut, you can run in and out. However, if you do not want to deal with a confronting loiterer en route towork or school, and can wait for your caffeine dosage ? you should wait and go elsewhere. Until they fix the issue with the manwith the shopping cart parked up by the entrance, I will not be going in. Take out/Delivery is the best option, if you have timeto spare. SLOW, SLOW, SLOW! There were only a few people in there but they are so uncoordinated! 1 or 2 riders and everyone leaves the... order area and are bumping into each other getting small orders ready while I stood waiting for a while for someone to take myorder! Read more

By far the worst experience I have had at any Dunkin. I placed an order and the cashier put it in wrong. Every item had an... issue. I ordered a caramel latte and got mocha. 25 count munchkin box and only received 17 munchkins. Human errors happen it ishow you react when approached. She denied she made any mistakes and then started to bad mouth me in her native tongue. Thenshe didn't want to fix the issue at all threw her hands up and walked away. I was overcharged by the cashier, Kanka or Kankga (something close to that). She refused to acknowledge it, even when her Co... worker pointed it out to her. She walked away when I was talking to her and when she returned her attitude was worse. Iexplained that she was being rude and nasty and she didn't care. I've never been so disrespected. I say good morning toeveryone when I visit this local DD. The other staff recognized that and tried to talk to their coworker but nothing worked. Read more
I ordered an egg on a plain toasted English muffin with hot tea. The tea was very warm, not hot and the muffin was stale with... moldy spots. DEFINITELY NOT RAISINS. Be sure to check for mold when ordering. I won't be going there again. See photo below Read more
