Worst dunkin donuts staff very racist and inconsiderate the short manager is very rude and disrespectful she has no regards to... her customers and is very disrespectful a disgusting attitude like that should not come from someone running a foodestablishment i bought two donuts and wanted two empty cups i was willing to pay for it as i did previously on Saturday I bought4dounts and requested 4 hot cups which i paid for a received theres no excuse for this behavior and I requested for hersupervisors name she declined which is against policy of any franchised establishment. Always a very bad experience at the location. No customer service skill. They ignore you. When ask to make something especially... the Baskin Robbin items. They don't do it. You order always incomplete or wrong. For the past 3 years they been very rude. Iwill have the rochdale village committee to look into this. You'll be the only customer in line and they have you wait for over5 minutes. Finish whatever they are doing. I keep waiting to see if they will improve before I give a review. Been going here for a few years to get milkshakes and I get one today and the milkshake is just pure milk and no icecream. The... milkshake shouldn't be able to splash in the cup like water.. I ask for a REFUND and they give me another and I get 1 slightlybetter barely put ice cream in it both times I don't know if they trying to save icecream or something but im not gettinganymore again from there . My review- Good enough. The hours of this dunkin are irregular. It says 4pm here but the actual door says 5:30pm. Sometimes it's... open later. It's a pandemic so honestly the irregular hours r not surprising. It was more regular before the pandemic! YourStandard Dunkin which is ok. This is what we want. The workers there have always been nice and respectful. I'll reserve 5 starsfor the much nicer dunkin doughnuts that are extra tidy or have nice seating like the ones in more populated areas. Service is poor they constantly mess up orders, and dont use common sense. I ordered 3 donuts and instead of putting them in... separate bags or with wax paper, she puts all together and they all stuck by the time i got home, its hot outside. What happenedto the black lady? Read more
Eh. Starbucks is better coffee and classier. I get the guys from work Dunkin because they prefer it. Not me. If you order... your coffee light and sweet here, prepare for a sugar induced heart attack. Food is mediocre at best. Sorry, just doesn'tcompare. Read more
Roughly Around 7pm-8pm Wednesday, Several fly's on muffins, and coffee order made incorrectly. Asked for almond milk due to... lactose intolerance but the attendant still made it with whole milk. One attendant was very aggressive to an elderly customer,the customer forgot that she had already paid and stood after getting her order, the attendant said "why are you still standinghere" the elderly customer said "I want to pay you", the attendant stated "nah ma you already paid you buggin". Not professionaland disrespectful. They will never have my services again. Read more
