Everytime I go in there I see one employee and a long line of people waiting. I?m not sure why they only have one person doing a... shift at a time but I can see how they can get easily overwhelmed. It?s sad that they have those individuals in there withoutany help. They food is also just okay it really depends on the person making it. Read more
UPDATED REVIEW READ ON; Its ok, with mixed customer service. Guess it depends on who is working at the time. Be careful with... some of the customers who enter there as well. I don't always feel comfortable while in there. Have had a couple of run-ins withpotential issues, non-customer service related. UPDATE: This place is going down ward in service. Charging for items that youhaven't bought. Not to mention don't refund the money but give you a credit for their mistakes. Also was given ROTTEN FOOD, andwas not reimbursed for it was told it wasn't their fault because that's how it was sent to them???? Stand clear of there ifpossible. The manager is iffy VERY IFFY! It's a little slow so I only go when I am not in a rush to go anywhere or I do an order pick up if I dnt have time to wait. The... employees are always so nice and they don't disappoint on my favorite drink (Carmel crazed iced latte.) Very fast service, I was in and out in record time. The location of this shop is in pain view, due to the fact that it's... connected to a auto/service/ gas station however, once you walk in , you forget that there is a fuel pump approximately 10 feetaway. The only thing you smell is coffee and donuts. I must say, VERY fresh donuts. The shop is extremely neat and clean, I waspleasantly surprised. The only downside is that the staff is stonefaced and not very welcoming. Please don't get me wrong, theyare polite, corgiale and overly professional. They staff just needs to relax a little. This is my first time there. I was at the counter. The girl with the glasses she was cleaning there. I asked her hey. She... didn?t reply I ask again hello. She replied me can I get minute.
