Bought a stale ice cream cake from here and they refused to issue a refund, a store credit or anything. As I was cutting the... cake, the entire cake lifted off the plate with the knife as if it was a prop. I had to speak to the manager over the phone andI told him (and the staff) they should not be selling this to people. This Dunkin? has never had a great reputation but Idecided to give it a chance since it?s nearby. Never again. Luckily there are better locations not too far. Read more

This is honestly the worst Dunkin? Donuts ever. If they are not getting your order wrong the staff who speaks minimal English is... yelling at you. Every time I come and I work down the block they get my order wrong I find myself having to go 15 minutes awayto the next Dunkin? Donuts in order to be able to get something. The staff does not speak English, And the ones that do havecomprehension problems.They can?t even get Mobile orders right and it?s literally written down for them. I just found myselfstanding in there for over 30 minutes for them to add four pumps of caramel to my coffee and because I was getting irritated thelady decided to ignore me so I had to get back on line FOR FOUR PUMPS OF CARAMEL. and if you express your distaste with theservice they ignore you. Not to mention a couple of months ago one of the workers tried to fight my mother-in-law because sheasked her to stop yelling at her. Extremely slow 2 employees + manager and non of them take my order after 6 minutes, they should be organized one in the cashier... and the other male orders, simple enough. The bright side the donuts are fresh. Read more
The sandwich maker had attitude when I asked her to correct her mistakes. I?ve worked for Dunkin and I know personally it?s not... hard.
