Came here for a free donut on Veterans Day and this guy at the counter was completely rude. Saying that he couldn't give me a... free donut unless I bought something, even thought the website says no purchase necessary. I waited 20 minutes for my order. Repeatedly told them about one of my 3 orders and the cashier said that i didn?t order it.... Eventually, she realized she was wrong and would take another 10 minutes. I would rate 0 STARS. i later got my order throughsomeone else?s who also ordered the same thing. Read more
Working in the restaurant industry, it is frustrating that my 11 year daughter and I CAN NOT wash our hands....because the... bathroom is """out of service""". So I guess the employees don't have any biological need!? So, let us not waste time, it is alie. The bathroom is NOT out of service. If you don't want to clean your store bathroom, then do not offer it. Close out hearea for ONLY employee access...but to lie to customer as we were idiots it is disrespectful. Read more

Dunkin Donuts coffee is almost same wherever you go, so I don't have any complaints about their coffee but their service... they... post up huge ads even on your apps. Do they ever tell you how to redeem it? I mean properly??? I stopped by for a cup of coffeewaiting 10 mins cuz there was only ONE customer in front of me (and he was only getting a cup of coffee, that's it!) Anywayswhile I was waiting I skimmed through the DD app and found I get a free donut if I get a coffee. So I ordered my coffeeexpecting a free donut but the staff doesn't mentions about it. So I asked if I'm getting a free donut since I ordered with myapp (as I'm a DD perks member) But the staff gave me a stare and telling me I had to ask for it before I order as if that's the"proper" way to redeem it.(I put pictures of the poster and you can see there's no description how to redeem it) I was put up toa position where all other customers looking at me as I'm the trouble maker.
