This DD gets your order right more often than other DD locations in NYC. Also, the staff has way less turnover, they are a... consistent team and I think that's another plus here because they will get to know you and anticipate your order. The onlyreason to remove a star is the condition of the interior. Behind the DD counter, it looks clean and functional, but, the lobbyyou stand in is in bad shape with large holes in the wall, dusty shelves, and boxes hanging around. The parking situationrequires some patience. You can pull alongside the buidling, or you can park in the tiny parking lot but if you do, mind theincomming traffic because they come in quick. They are not bad but they had ne waiting for my wake-up wrap after a customer who came in behind me. I asked one of the workers... if they could make my sandwich while I was the next up. He was already making a sandwich for someone else. (Figured it wouldkill 2 birds with one stone) Nope! He said the guy taking my order will make it. Well that didnt happen. Read more
Fresh only when made at approximately 3am. Towards the afternoon, NOTHING IS fresh! Got a dozen doughnuts x3 in the afternoon... and only the glazed was eatable (I guess the glazed coating). If you want fresh, be there either at 4am as they bring them outor by 10am. I still love the coffee, hence, why I go everyday plus it's close by to my house. Read more
Pathetic service Inattentive staff, both busy doing their orders in the back, when I asked is anybody home he rudely told me ?... I?m doing my work? !! dude I get it u are paid to do your work but thats not how you treat a customer he could?ve said ? we willbe with you shortly? or something Now coming to he product - there were FRUIT FLiES on the donuts !!!!! I ordered a bagel twistn caramel latte- there was neither caramel nor sugar in the latte, wow, and I hit the highway so I only found out it was sansCaramel when I couldn?t even come back!!! Absolutely the worst dunkin I've ever been to. They supposedly open at 6. I stopped here 3 days in a row at 6:30 and they still... are not ready to serve. If I could give negative starts I would. If you open at 6 and need an hour to get ready maybe show up at5..... Read more
