Don?t offer curbside so you can be inside on your phone while having a customer waiting to place an order and a customer waiting... to pick up an order. Curbside doesn?t exist even tho they have a big sign out front offering the service. Then you give me tar!This coffee has been sitting there all morning. Straight nasty coffee and bad service. Girl asked me if I need help whiletexting on her phone. I said waiting on an order and she point to the area of pickups and I said it?s not there. She shouts atthe guy and he then makes my coffee. Did not allow me to use the restroom, however the employees were using it.
My opinion you're overpriced! The coffee is very watery or to sugary. Food is prepared in a very unsanitary environment I've had... a lot of bad experience with Dunkin' donuts I miss when it was a good old-fashioned American place ???? the donuts do not seemto be fresh and I think a lot of the service they're not polite half of them can't even understand English very hard to get anyorder right and no matter how polite you are to them they are extremely sarcastic that's my opinion Read more

I work near the dd always try to give them my business but they always mess up my Oder today has been the cherry on top , they... gave me someone?s Oder that they didn?t want & when I notice that the Oder was cold they re heated the Oder !! And acted like itwas fresh , it was not fresh it had someone Oder number !! So unsanitary because I don?t know if the customer touched it beforeme & when asked to make me a fresh bash they got an attitude. If you?re not going to do the job right then don?t work at allspecially when it comes to handling people?s food . This not okay & this is not the first time they do this . Smh Read more

Cashier D***y My opinion she overpriced! Me, the service was not polite. bash they got an attitude.I asked for mocha frappe, and... I asked her to wait while I rearward my card. She had no patient. She was talking to another customer next to me, I asked withwhip cream on the top shouldn?t hear me and after they finished it she handled it to me.
