Never order donuts from this Dunkin Donuts. They are horrible. I ordered a white donut with sprinkled it was hard. It tasted... stale. I informed the worker and asked for a glaze donut and it was hard and tasted stale. Never again!???? Read more
Donuts shouldn't be stale at 8am in the morning.
Good staff but needs more people working there. For the times i have been in here there is mostly only 2 people working. This is... a busy location so it needs more people working. Also, there supplies run low so they get sold put on certain things reallyfast. It is usually clean. Read more
As a food delivery person, I was disappointed that the vendor did not communicate well with the patron. Patron was Disappointed... that their order was incorrect but the business wasn't able to fix the situation at the time. Things happen but it caused a lotof frustration with the delivery. Read more
Horrible customer service. You order a dozen donuts and the woman behind the counter would go start putting donuts in a box... WITHOUT ASKING WHAT I WANT. Next thing you know, they end up servicing others that came in after me as in making a sandwich andgiving it to them before finishing my order. Explain why should my box of donuts take longer to complete than a person whoordered a sourdough sandwich after me?!?! Read more

I order one large coffee and 3 donuts And I request one empty cup and thay said it will be 25c for empty cup I said ok after... all she give me receipt I show receipt it doesn?t show up 25 c in receipt I tell them I paid for cup I need receipt and shetell me no receipt for empty cup I tell her I paid you 25c so why not give me receipt and she print out receipt for munchkin.But I tell her I didn?t buy munchkins.
