They always mess up my order. Problem with Dunkin? app very often if you try to use it in the store
One of the workers rudely walked away because I couldn't understand what she said although I apologized for it she still rudely... walked away. She needs to work on her customer service because of this they are only getting a 1 star if I could they'd getnone. Read more
Bad customer service. I placed an mobile order for latte but their machine was not working. I asked for refund, they denied to... give me return or store credit for next time. I don't know what type of Dunkin is that, I used to buy coffee from Grand CentralParkway, oneday their machine was not working they gave me refund. Worse customer service in USA. Read more
