Awful service. I ordered iced matcha latte, and she gave me a iced latte (coffee one). Of course I told her I ordered match, not... that one. So she went back and brought me iced match latte but in the same container. The liquid was still brownish color withlots of unresolved match power on the bottom. She insisted that the one she made new was matcha even it still contained coffeein it. And she left without checking my reaction. She doesn?t care about customer?s satisfaction. I'm not prefer to stop here because of mistakes who employees makes all the time. They usually don't listen customer's order and... put what they want to hear. Everytime i stop by, I feel so bad to ask make my order twice since they make mistakes. In additionto that, It is tired. Read more
The Indian guy is always rude, I tried to order a drink 15 mins before closing and was trying to check the name of the drink I... wanted on my phone. The guy was yelling ?excuse me excuse me?. I walked out after that and he yelled ?thank you we are close?when I was there at 9:45, and it didn?t close until 10pm, The backhanded comment wasn?t necessary. I don?t understand howDunkin? They advertise a $2 medium sunrise iced or hot coffee on their store front, I order it, as I reach to pay with my phone the guy... tells me it's $3.80, scans it. I tell him I thought it was $2, guy walks away without a response to make my coffee withoutgiving me a receipt, no name tag. Sketchy place, stay away. Read more
Dunkin Donuts mix in with Basking Robbins, nice spacious you can get Ice Cream and Donuts with coffee recently opened a few... months ago great location near the subway station. Dunkin Donuts and a Baskin Robbins Great mixed, a Cops favoriteplace,conveniently located on 59Th St and woodside ave, you can take the Iron Horse 7 train to 61St woodside Station. Thecoffee is good a Lil, water down but it appears all dunking donuts are like that, the donuts and muffins are good they have aselection, also Ice cream is available many flavor, the ladies are very helpful and knowledgeable, Get your morning coffee andice cream all in one not bad. Ordered a sausage egg and cheese with hashbrowns, it was all so burnt I couldn't eat it and had to throw it out. Got a donut and... some munchkins, too, and they were all stale. Iced coffee was all syrup at the bottom and not mixed at all. Service was rude andrushed. Not going back to this location. Read more
