Update: this D&D has bad bad coffee now, their coffee is watered down. Not sure if its their machine but its pretty bad,... changing ratings as i contacted corporate the owner and nothing has changed. Dont waste your money here. D&D has a big problem,they are not consistent with their lattes in the NYC area. I noticed outside of NY, coffee is definitely stronger. Not sure ifmaybe the machines can be rigged to dispense less coffee for better profits but they lost my business i was a heavy lattedrinker at this particular D&D. Read more
Service was quick, the location has parking and the indoors are clean. It normally has seating but they removed it because of... the pandemic I assume. Not a bad idea since cases are rising again. There is a counter along the windows where you can stand andrest your food though, if you want. Read more
Stopped here bright and early on my way to work. Was excited to see that the muffins I'd ordered were fresh and warm. Pulled... them apart, however, to find that they were disgustingly undercooked. I've received cold egg wake-up wraps from this location,too, and stale donuts on other occasions. Totally unbelievable. Where is the quality control? I've never had this problem atother Dunkin locations, so it must be poor management or training. This location needs better oversight. I won't be coming hereagain. Read more
As soon as they noticed that our line was starting to form they jump to the orders very efficient and friendly service.
Simple but effective coffee shop. Has everything a typical Dunken Donuts has. Staff was nice. Roomy sitting area with not too... many chairs. Parking lot is odd shape and can get very very tight and crowded real fast. Overall very ok donut shop. Read more
The issue that I continuously run into is that my order is usually off. Most time it?s the taste of the beverage such as the... lemonade being extremely concentrated or that when I request for something specific such as almond milk and they don?t put itin. Read more
I enjoy DD coffee and it's goodies. But I have to say that this DAD lacks customer service. About 90% of the time the staff gets... my order wrong. I live less than 3 min away and don't visit as much. It's a shame. Now today I went in and got some iced coffeeand a croissant. Service was decent, but... Look at the picture. I havent seen such dumb employes in my life . They dont know to use the register . They dont know how to charge the customer ..... 2 days ago they charged me extra $3.78 for no reason i saw the reciept i went back to register and showed the lady .
