Not many cake selections or difficult to order ahead of time
terrible customer service, I asked for a dozen donuts, throughout the service the employee was unwilling to completely fulfill... my requests, I stated clearly what I wanted and she asked for me to repeat several times! This is by far the best Dunkin Donuts in Queens. Their on-line order is amazing. It's always on point. They NEVER miss... anything on my order no matter if it's big or small. They always prioritize it. Very well managed and staff is veryfriendly. Read more
I m regular with having dunkin donuts for breakfast but this location is Horrible. Irritated employees who ll refuse taking... cash payments or giving excuses to deny service. And on top the avocado toast and egg and cheese sandwich tasted and toastedlike never before. Either train staff here or close this location. Read more
