This is the last time coming to this Dunkin? Today 11/04/22 around 8:45am I hope a manager actually read this review because... it?s unbelievable how you go to buy a coffee to start your day and a person with not empathy kindness or customer serviceskills or a person that doesn?t love their job end up ruining your day with a nonsense . I experienced the worse service I everhad at a Dunkin? Donuts This guy I don?t know his name but I know he?s from Bangladesh I just hope he?s not an supervisorbecause he lacks on people skills ,I believe he is from Bangladesh because as rude as he is he kept giving attitude to me andtalking about me with the others 2 female employees in its language. I work at skyway ,so it was convenient for me to come hereto get Dunkin? coffee that I love other than getting it cross street in the other food court /gas station . But this is the lasttime . These employees don?t know how to listen orders always confused and even if I was wrong in his delusional mind he wassupposed to act accordingly and professionally because I?m a lady and I never say bad worse to him. So the least he could havedone it?s say something nice like no worries ma?am I?ll make it again whatever but he thought he was talking with his friendsand he needed to give an attitude to a customer ! Was at the gas station trying to use the atm and to get air in my tires but the michine wouldn't work. The guy at the counter... didn't seem to know anything he said don't use it. Poor service Read more

Went in for Coffee. Stood by the counter and waited while the employee was sweeping. After waiting and waiting I said excuse me... I would like to purchase coffee. Well, you'll have to wait. WOW! I said, no I don't have to wait and walked out. Worsecustomer service Ever! She could have said can you just give me one minute, I'll be right with you!!! Words and attitude makea difference.
