They didn?t have their new product. Asked for a pumpkin cold brew instead, got an ice coffee. Didn?t complain. It tasted... horrible (burnt coffee-and enough sugar to make you diabetic). Went back and ask politely to get a refund bc I understand thatppl have off days- not a big deal. ?We don?t do refunds? she says. After asking a couple of times for a refund she finallygrants me the opportunity to get a different drink. They never made it. I ordered a tomato pesto grilled cheese. when the lady took it out of the oven she dropped all my sun dried tomatoes on the... food. she kicked under the counter and added 1 piece of tomatoe. turned around with a straight face and handed it too me. SMH Read more
Staff is very friendly and polite. They always get my order correct.
Awful customer service. I asked for a restroom after ordering a full breakfast & was told they lost the key. When I kindly asked... if they'd be willing to grant me access to a staff restroom as a courtesy given I was unfamiliar with the area, awaiting my carthat was being fixed next door and had limited cell battery to seek out another restroom they still said NO with absolutely noempathy or reason.
