Placed an online order 5 mins ago. Get here and their not opened. Employees inside, doors locked, lights out. Supposedly they... open at 530. They let me n at 550 and were mad at me, saying they weren't ready. As per most DDs in this area, no smiles, nogood morning, no hello. Just yelling "Were not ready". This place busy as always. Never have donuts fresh. Always runout things . If you order online you will get thing?s missing. You... order something and you get something else. I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Latte medium. Hot and I asked for Almond Milk and the worker did not charge me for it. When she... brought it to me I asked her is this Almond Milk and she said no it is regular milk. I told her I asked for Almond Milk. Shedid not apologize for the mistake and when she re made it she gave it to me with an attitude. Don't get an attitude because yougot the customers order wrong and you also need to listen to the order and if you made a mistake apologize.
