Worst customer service out of all the locations I have been to. Workers are always slow, or having personal conversations.
Horrible service. The older lady behind the counter needs a hearing aid and an attitude adjustment. She was very rude and... pretended not to hear what I was ordering. Many people in line behind me got frustrated and ended up leaving while she pretendedto be hard of hearing. Purposely messed up my order. Charged me for 2 wake up wraps and only gave me 1. Plus it was burnt.Unless you?re one of their own they could care less about you, your order, or your business. Do better. Read more
I went in to purchase an assortment of 12 donuts and 2 quarts of chocolate chip of ice cream and ended up paying 21.98 for the... ice cream (which is absurd). This place is ridiculous with the service Always have to wait long inside & in the drive through. Plus you usually don?t get... what you ordered or they make the the wrong thing or they just conveniently forget to give you what you ordered plus theyovercharge you as well . So be cautious when going here . Not the best place to go . Can?t believe it sometimes .
