Worst customer service out of all the locations I have been to. Workers are always slow, or having personal conversations.
Horrible service. The older lady behind the counter needs a hearing aid and an attitude adjustment. She was very rude and... pretended not to hear what I was ordering. Many people in line behind me got frustrated and ended up leaving while she pretendedto be hard of hearing. Purposely messed up my order. Charged me for 2 wake up wraps and only gave me 1. Plus it was burnt.Unless you?re one of their own they could care less about you, your order, or your business. Do better. Read more
I went in to purchase an assortment of 12 donuts and 2 quarts of chocolate chip of ice cream and ended up paying 21.98 for the... ice cream (which is absurd). After asking about it, the person who worked there got nasty with me and told me to leave. Theywill have attitude with you for asking a simple question! Read more
This place is ridiculous with the service Always have to wait long inside & in the drive through. Plus you usually don?t get... what you ordered or they make the the wrong thing or they just conveniently forget to give you what you ordered plus theyovercharge you as well . So be cautious when going here . Not the best place to go . Can?t believe it sometimes . They alsodon?t understand what you asking for or how to give change , something so simple but yet so hard for them . Read more
Drive through and parking lot is filled with out holes. Service is never good at this particular Dunkin but alas it?s the only... one 24 hours and within my neighbor hood. I always ask for a vanilla chai and this is the only location that tells me they don?thave that. They never want to make frozen drinks. And when your order is messed up you?ll have to wait 10 mins or more to figureout what went wrong. Read more

Went in, ordered a refresh and was waiting for it to get ready by the ice cream table, suddenly the lady working there says... ?when are you gonna tell me what you want? to which I replied?i didn?t know i had to tell someone about my order? the lady gotmad and I was all confused because no one told me that i had to ask someone for something i already ordered and paid, then shegoes on rudely what ice cream do you wanna order and i told her I didn?t even order an ice cream, all I?m waiting for is arefresher. I order the same thing almost every day... a medium/large hot coffee with OAT MILK and 4 sugars a chocolate frosty with whip... cream for my coworker, once at the intercom and twice at the window..... Today out of all days the person working the drive through and the manager just couldn't get a simple order correct... since in lactose and have an bad reaction if taken got towork and noticed that my coffee had a richer color that a cast over it.... IT WASNT OAT MILK.... I drove back to thelocation and after a heated argument about him playing with ppl health and a request for my money back was also told bythe manager that he did put OAT milk AND WHIP CREAM???????????????
