I have been going to this store for the past few months and have always experienced phenomenal customer service from the young... ladies and older women that work at this location. Yesterday I was met by some girl named Veena who's main concern was tellingme she was a manger rather than take my order, which she got absolutely wrong by the way. this is the nearest dunkin to me. i can walk to it. i love it. i usually order thru the app and pick it up with no problem. they... do get busy sometimes but they work as fast as they can. too bad the salted caramel cold foam is seasonal. Read more

I?ve been coming to this Dunkin? location consistently for years, and have never had problems until recently, when I?ve... continuously encountered the same new employee. He?s a younger hispanic man with no sense of customer service. I ordered an icedcold brew with less ice and he responds with ?oh you want extra ice??. I responded No Less ice louder so he could hear me and hesays okay hahahaha. Upon receiving my drink the ice was filled to the brim and I couldn?t even put my straw in because of allthe ice. BAD PLACE never come back.. bought ice latte when I got it the color is white! I tasted in front of the lady ! Told her there?s... no espresso inside! And she was telling me she will charge extra!
