Usually it takes me 5-10 minutes max to get my food and go in any other Dunkin. Today it wasn?t that case at all, there was a... girl with a bonnet and gold earrings and it?s not even busy. She refuses to take orders. I had a long day and I just wanted toeat, she refuses to take orders and is walking around. It wasn?t even busy, I work in retail?I know it isn?t easy for workerswhen it?s busy. But it?s not, there was only one guy behind me and three orders pending on the screen. She must think she?sentitled to he walking around and not serving orders. Dunkin hire better workers or train them properly. Read more
I ordered one order of bacon and cheese roll up and the guy behind the counter automatically says ?it?s only one piece would you... like to order two?? That was a little odd due to the fact everywhere else I go one order comes with two pieces. I ended upordering two orders and when my receipt came out it said ?2 orders of 2 PCs. I automatically when to the guy and showed him thisand he fixed it for me. Moral of the story: always check your receipt folks. Read more
The shop was clean & with good smile Stopped in to pick a cup of coffees grab a few donuts to take home. all was great ,the... music which gave a nice vibe. we left earlier than we expected. Best Dunkin in the area, period. The staff are so nice and prepare orders well. During this ongoing pandemic, my wife and I... didn't really go anywhere, but we had some sense of normalcy by going here every so often. The worst Dunkin Donuts I've ever been to. I've been here a couple of times and the workers lack decent customer service skills,... not to mention they take way too long in taking care of their customers. I was waiting for five minutes for a worker to come upand ask for my order and no one came. I'm assuming one worker was making a sandwich for one lady but where were the otherworkers? I ended up leaving because no one should have to wait five minutes or more just to have their order taken. Absolutelyridiculous. Read more
This location is extremely overpriced. $5 for a medium iced coffee? I don't even pay that much in downtown Manhattan. When the... city is actually cheaper than the outer boros there's a problem. The staff can also be a little friendlier. Read more
