The workers just speak to each other in there own language (not trying to be racist or anything). Then when I order something... it's not done properly. If I order a pumpkin spice signature latte and all you do is put ice, milk, caramel drizzle and top offwith whip cream...you are wrong. He has the nerve to tell me that's how it's made. No coffee in it or anything then got thenerve to charge $6 for it. I think I'll just buy my own coffee and ingredients to make it home because it's just not worth itanymore. I think I got a free drink to redeem and I'll use it even though they will make it wrong. Read more

I stopped by to grab a donut and I was nicely surprised about how great customer service was. The cashier came to open the door... for me getting in and out the store (I was with my stroller). Donut was fresh and tasted great. Highly recommended! Read more
Worst dunkin donuts that I have ever been to. I have been in several times. While it is usually slower than average, such... lethargic service would not have warranted such a negative review. The problem is that, on top of the poor service, the staffare rude and seemed bothered to serve you. I am looking forward to never going to this establishment again. Read more
Horrible bangladesi's who not only speak English well but literally have an attitude if I tell them to repeat what they are... saying . They don't know any work etiquette or customer service whatsoever. The guy on Sat morning was nasty and pretty patheticto everyone but the traffic enforcer who was speaking his language. The owners should check on these idiots and reviewsoccasionally so that he won't lose buisness. YUCK. Anyways, I would rather drive to Starbucks at Jamaica if I have to. Read more
Horrible experience. This is now an issue with Dunkin, it?s an issue with this location. I ordered a signature latte which cost... more and a cold foam cold brew. I got neither of the orders correct. HORRIBLE Customer Service! I wish I could give it a 0. By the looks of it I'm not the only one complaining of this specific... Dunkin. They need to manage the working team better and fire that one Bangladesh guy who is always talking to someone else whiletaking your order. That is disrespectful no wonder they always make mistakes on the orders.
