This is undoubtedly the worst location I've been to. The clerks are very rude and have not a clue what they are doing nor how to... treat customers. I tried redeeming my dunkin points and they did not accommodate my order because they don't even know how theapp works or how to complete the transaction. Something needs to be done ! I am no longer returning here. Read more

Staff is rude, argumentative and prefer to give you your order how they see fit and then and to tell you that you didn't REQUEST... in the manner which you did. I had a witness to my circumstance at this location on this day as it happened to her as well thecustomer BEHIND ME EXPERIENCED THE SAME TREATMENT. Poor customer service, lacking in professionalism and overall manners. Read more

Management does a poor job at this location. Today I went in at approximately 4:20pm, the young lady is sitting on the prep... counter, I observed her itching her hair then proceeded to clean the guck from under her nails. Place is not very well kept, filthy. Read more

This is the slowest Dunkin? in Queens. No matter the time of day, they?re always 3-4 people in the kitchen and 1 person... occasionally taking orders in between helping in the kitchen. Sometimes all of them making 1 bagel. It?s mind boggling. Evenwhen there?s no one there, it?s still 2 minutes at the counter before someone takes your order. And another 4 minutes for themto make it. Even it?s just a donut and coffee. For at least 25% of people that come, if there?s more than 1 person in line, theyjust leave. I stop there with 10 minutes between connecting trains. 4 out of 5 days a week, it?s impossible to get a hot coffeewith 2 sugars within that time. I often wait about 6 minutes then just get a coffee from Tim hortons and back on the train.Always amazed how Tim Horton does it with 8 people in their line and Dunkin couldn?t with 1 person ahead of me that ordered abagel and coffee. PLEASE hire and train some descent staff that knows how to move at a descent pace. This store is such a goldmine for the right management. I?m sure Tim hortons line keeps growing because of faster service. I mean they have 2 in thelocation that have much more traffic than Dunkin and very average coffee. It?s not because of the food. It?s because of howefficient they are. This Dunkin is the worse franchise ever. Read more

The customer service here is bad. They put everything away 15min before closing. I went in there to get a donut, something easy... that they don?t need to worry about making since I know i am coming right before closing. When I went in all the donuts, bagelsand croissants were off the display case. They told me they ran out of food, but there just is no way they sold out ALL thoseproducts. They had no food or drinks. Every other dunkin I?ve been to doesn?t close this fast. This was just super weird. Read more
